These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Vehicle Check Pros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and all inspection, evaluation, and negotiation services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.Services Provided

Vehicle Check Pros provides pre-purchase vehicle inspection services for private buyers. Our services include, but are not limited to, mechanical and cosmetic inspections, vehicle history report review, market value analysis, Vehicle Reliability Scoring, and negotiation support. The specific scope of each service is defined by the package selected at the time of booking.

2.Not a Guarantee of Vehicle Condition

Our inspections represent a professional assessment of a vehicle's observable condition at the time and location of the inspection. We do not guarantee that all defects, issues, or conditions will be discovered. Vehicles are complex mechanical systems and latent or hidden defects may exist that are not detectable through a standard visual and functional inspection. Our reports reflect our best professional judgment and are not a warranty or guarantee of any kind.

3.Inspection Limitations

We are limited to inspecting what is safely accessible and visible at the time of inspection. We will not disassemble components, perform invasive testing, or access areas that require special equipment not listed in your package. Our inspection does not replace a full diagnostic by a licensed mechanic at a certified facility.

4.Payment and Fees

Service fees are due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable once an inspection has been performed, regardless of the outcome of your vehicle purchase decision. If an inspection cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. Rush, after-hours, or add-on services may incur additional fees disclosed at booking.

5.Seller Cooperation

Our services require the cooperation of the vehicle seller to allow access to the vehicle. We are not responsible if a seller refuses access, restricts the inspection, or misrepresents the vehicle's condition or availability. We strongly advise against purchasing any vehicle from a seller who refuses a third-party inspection.

6.Negotiation Services

Where negotiation support is included in your package, Vehicle Check Pros acts solely as an advisor and advocate on your behalf. We do not act as a licensed real estate agent, broker, or legal representative. All final purchasing decisions, agreements, and transactions remain entirely your responsibility. We are not a party to any purchase agreement between you and the seller.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vehicle Check Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of money, loss of data, or any loss arising from your reliance on our inspection reports or recommendations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8.Use of Reports

Inspection reports are prepared solely for the use of the client who commissioned them. Reports may not be transferred, resold, or used by third parties without our written consent. We retain the right to use anonymized inspection data and aggregate statistics for internal business purposes.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Vehicle Reliability Score methodology, text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Vehicle Check Pros and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

10.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Vehicle Check Pros is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
